Recent highlights include:

  • Mentoring and assisting a Contractor new to the Defence market get short listed with their first Registration of Interest, then win their first Defence Contract. This was achieved through partnering with the Contractor to prepare their personnel and documentation prior to the requests being released by Defence.
  • Assisting a new Defence Infrastructure Panel (2010 – 2014) member conduct personnel and documentation readiness in preparation for their first request for proposal. We subsequently were engaged to assist in the preparation of this response where they were successful in their first ever proposal for Defence.
  • Assisting a Contractor to secure multiple projects with a submission success rate of over 75%
